How Did Delta Sands Come to Be?
Truthfully, our lay-up and boarding facility came to be by accident.
My mom Betty purchased the Loxahatchee Groves farm in 2004 and I was working a traditional, 9-5 job. In 2010 I was “downsized.” The evolution from hobby to business took about eight-months; and we didn’t get it all right the first time. We learned from mistakes, listened to people’s needs and found our niche.

Born and raised on Long Island, NY, I rode and competed from 1976-1986. Moving south, I graduated from the University of Maryland and enjoyed 15-years competing and collecting equestrian friends and knowledge. Landing in Palm Beach County, FL in 2002, I probably re-learned everything I thought I knew about horsemanship. And I am forever grateful.
